1. Cucumbers! I love them and eat some almost every day, in season and out. [they make brilliant sandwiches!]
2. tomatoes. which amuses my parents because I wouldn't eat them until I was around 13. a nice tomato and mozzarella salad with basil can make a day.
3. fresh made strawberry shortcake. See above. ;-)
4. traditional Thanksgiving dinner
5. stilton cheese.... makes an exception grilled cheese if you have some nice dark german bread.

Boy. I'm not going to win Foodie of the Year with that list, am I?
